TIPS:

Praise often and sincerely

Praise is free and often under rated as a powerful incentive to an even better job. It also cuts through the clutter when you need to express dissatisfaction for a job you feel could have been done better.

Smiles

Do you see smiles when your customer greets you? People will usually respond with a smile when they are greeted with a smile. Even when we are busy there is always time to be grateful for the business every one in the office benefits from. Getting in touch with our gratitude will almost automatically cause us to smile.

Remember the small comforts

When a client visits your office it is always a pleasant interruption to their busy day to experience some of life's small comforts; fresh hot coffee, tea or water. Making a phone available can also alleviate some of the pressure of making an office visit.

The time we keep

Letting clients know when your running late is always appreciated. It is important to let our staff know how to handle delays and how to communicate that to our valued clients.
